VIOLENCE CONTINUES IN CHILAPA. The dismembered corpses of three men wrapped in blankets were found in Chilapa, Guerrero. Their identity is unknown. The Guerrero State Attorney Miguel Ángel Godínez Muñoz said that the 15 people in Chilapa whose whereabouts are not clear, were taken into custody by alleged community police who took over the town last week. Therefore, he said, they have not gone missing. (COMMENT: No, they are not missing because they are dead!! I don´t understand what he was trying to say.)
++ LET´S FIND OUT WHAT IS HAPPENING IN CHIHUAHUA. An expert judge in Chihuahua ruled that the two youths aged 14 who took part in the assassination of a six-year-old boy, as part of a game when they were pretending to kidnap him, should be taken to the Juvenile Delinquent Detention Center and the other three should remain under state guardianship in a DIF, the Government Family Welfare System, foster home, where they will be treated psychologically.
++THREATS TO INE, NOW IN TAMAULIPAS. Two explosive devices were detonated almost simultaneously in Matamoros, Tamaulipas… The first was detonated at 6:30 p.m.outside the National Electoral Institute in the downtown area and the other was detonated at 6:45 p.m. outside the Federal Police offices in Matamoros. Meanwhile, speaking in Reynosa, President Enrique Peña Nieto said that Tamaulipas is far greater than the security challenges it faces… He said that the state is working to achieve economic development to create wellbeing for its citizens.
